Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales and operations teams. This role involves processing sales and purchase orders, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with account and operations management activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between customers and vendors, support inventory and pricing analysis, and help achieve sales goals through organized and efficient administrative support. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and shape customer relationships in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Job Duties
- Process sales orders, handle data entry, and perform other relevant administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders from vendors, creating sales orders, and checking unit prices
- Oversee AOM (Account & Operations Management) activities, ensuring all customer-related operations align with strategic goals while improving overall coordination and efficiency
- Analyze inventory and pricing for orders and invoices for data accuracy and integrity
- Meet and exceed sales target and identify deviations
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Entry-level with 0-2 years of professional experience in related field preferred
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking, writing and understanding skills
- U.S. work authorization required

- 8 AM – 5 PM
