Summary
- We are looking for a motivated, entry-level e-Commerce Sales Specialist to support our expansion into LATAM marketplaces, primarily Mercado Libre. Entry-level, but prior exposure to e-commerce or digital sales is a plus. You will manage product listings, monitor inventory, support campaigns, and communicate with marketplace representatives. You will also assist with other LATAM marketplaces, including Amazon Mexico, as needed. This is a hands-on role, guided by senior team members.
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations on Mercado Libre, including listings, inventory monitoring, and order support
- Assist with other LATAM marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Mexico)
- Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for LATAM audiences
- Track inventory levels, support simple forecasting, and resolve shipment or storage issues
- Support pricing updates, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Prepare basic sales reports and summaries
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate product launches, tracking timelines and tasks

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience; entry-level, but prior exposure to e-commerce or digital sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking, writing, and understanding skills
- Preferred: Basic Spanish understanding for LATAM marketplace support
- U.S. work authorization required

- 9 AM – 6 PM
