Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Planning Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in managing inventory and order operations by consolidating purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, and supporting shipment and return processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in inventory planning while contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.
Job Duties
- Consolidate purchase orders and maintain accurate records
- Manage and monitor shipping queues through e-commerce channels
- Track inventory levels and update stock reports regularly
- Register sample products and document their use to ensure inventory accuracy
- Use inventory tracking systems to record deliveries, shipments, and stock adjustments
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory operations
- Support internal reporting on stock trends and performance
- Contribute to project tasks, including documentation and task manual updates
- Manage task-related budgets under general oversight
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
- Experience working with inventory tracking systems or ERP tools
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred)
- Open to both entry-level candidates with a strong interest in inventory operations and experienced professionals with up to 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking skills, advanced writing and understanding skills
- U.S. work authorization required

- 8 AM – 5 PM
