Summary
- We’re looking for an Administrative Specialist to support our Legal Team by managing essential documents, coordinating cross-team communication, and keeping key projects running smoothly. This role will organize information, prepare materials, conduct basic legal and operational research, and help maintain efficient internal processes. Job Duties
- Organize and maintain key team documents, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prepare materials, gather information, and track requests to support communication with HQ(Korea Head Quarter) and cross-functional teams
- Assist with workflow coordination, scheduling, and deadline monitoring for new company projects
- Conduct research, including basic legal and operational research, to support team decision-making
- Draft internal correspondence, summaries, and simple reports as needed
- Support the implementation and maintenance of improved internal processes, filing systems, and documentation standards
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as meeting preparation, calendar management, data entry, and organizing shared resources
- Maintain updated document versions and ensure accurate distribution to relevant departments
Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Basic research skills (legal or operational a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 0-2 years of administrative, legal assistant, or relevant office experience preferred
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking and writing skills, and understanding skills
- Experience managing documents, schedules, and cross-team communications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- U.S. work authorization required

- 9 AM – 6 PM
- Monday – Friday
