Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Admin Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on overseeing the daily management of B2B offline orders and shipments, ensuring timely processing of product arrivals, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will monitor shipping processes, resolve any related issues, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations. The Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for managing carrier pickups, preparing data reports, and continuously evaluating and improving shipping efficiency to ensure timely deliveries.

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily management and processing of B2B offline orders and shipments
  • Promptly process offline product arrivals to ensure timely handling and integration into inventory
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for accuracy and efficiency
  • Address and resolve shipping-related issues and ensure shipments are handled appropriately
  • Collect, organize, and prepare data reports related to offline product shipments
  • Oversee carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS), ensure pickups are conducted accurately and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Evaluate and enhance the shipping process to improve efficiency and accuracy 
  • Identify workflow issues, implement best practices, and collaborate with teams to streamline operations and ensure timely deliveries

Skills

  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics or a shipping warehouse environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, international business, management, or related field preferred
  • Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking, writing, and advanced understanding skills
  • The role requires frequent lifting and carrying of 20-40 lbs (9-18 kg), and occasionally up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
  • The role requires moving heavy carts, pallets, or equipment
  • The role requires the operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, wave, or scanning devices
  • The role requires occasional driving
  • Employees are required to wear safety equipment such as gloves, safety vests, and back support
  • U.S. work authorization required

Work Hours

  • 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Monday – Friday
