Summary

  • The e-Commerce Operations Supervisor – Spigen is looking for someone who will be responsible for overseeing day to day sales and inventory management, resolving operational issues, researching market trends and consumer behavior and tendencies, and setting and leading meetings and training.

Job Duties

  • Manage work with longer-term perspective, encompassing strategic planning, goal setting, and the alignment of resources and processes to achieve long-term objectives
  • Promote cross-functional cooperation to ensure goal alignment and shared accountability
  • Conceptualize brand and product identity by cooperating with different stakeholders
  • Stay current with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and take advantage of new opportunities
  • Provide guidance and leadership to internal teams and junior staff on best practices for Amazon selling
  • Identify new opportunities for Spigen to further distinguish itself as the clear leader in offering end-to-end luxury products
  • Identify areas of opportunities to increase traffic and conversions using keyword research, sales analytics and tracking tools
  • Align with the demand planning and supply teams to ensure that we’re always in stock, shipped on time and following order process and regularly managing and minimizing inventory issues

  • Intermediate knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related internet software

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience and proven success in e-commerce , product management, and digital marketing
  • Korean/English bilingual proficiency with advanced speaking skills, intermediate writing and understanding skills
  • U.S. work authorization required

Work Hours

  • 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Monday – Friday
