Purchasing & Inventory Management Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time



  • As a purchasing task for the entire division, it collects orders for each channel to generate Purchase requisitions, and checks and adjusts production schedules to follow-up by channels + practical operation tasks


Job Duties

  • Communicating with channel manager to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Working with various internal departments to ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled
  • Continuous communication with HQ/LSM team so that orders can be shipped out on time
  • Collecting and analyzing data about customers to understand changing needs
  • Establishing a forecast method from a purchasing point of view and managing it to have an appropriate inventory
  • In the case of a new product in particular, the production schedule is checked and appropriate information is provided to the person in charge of each channel



  • 1 year or more  purchase order and inventory control work experience preference
  • Logical thinking and analytical skills in sales
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform



  • Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sales metrics
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Business, marketing, or similar degree
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Work Hours

  • 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Monday – Friday
