  • Spigen is looking for a passionate Talent Development Specialist who can optimize learning programs, help business leaders reach their goals, foster a culture of growth and development


Job Duties

  • Facilitate training support for new hires and management on power skills and leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify developmental pain points and discuss strategies.

  • Support data-based talent management solutions through trend update and observations.

  • Assist in organization culture building by planning team-building activities and workshops.

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Passion for organizational development and change is a MUST

  • Genuine interest in individual and organizational growth

  • Advanced Documentation: Proficiency with Google suite

  • Communication (Active listening, presentation, facilitation, influencing skills)

  • Planning and organization skills (Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical application)

  • Proactive and learnable mindset, work with limited supervision

  • Problem analysis (find pain point) and suggest proper solutions

  • People skills + Collaboration skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Training Development

  • Advanced Documentation: Proficiency with Google suite

  • Instructional design

Work Hours


  • 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Monday – Friday
