An Office Management Assistant works in collaboration with the supervisor to support the efficient operation of the office.

Job Duties

Daily Office Support Tasks:

  • Maintain a pleasant office environment and manage necessary resources
  • Assisting office procedures and policies

Document Management:

  • Preparing, copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Systematically organizing and storing important documents and records.

Schedule Management:

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings.
  • Assisting with travel and event preparation.

Supplies Management:

  • Checking and ordering office supplies and equipment.
  • Assisting with office environment maintenance.

Data Entry and Management:

  • Entering data and managing databases.
  • Assisting with basic report preparation and data analysis.

Employee Support:

  • Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handling employee requests and inquiries.


  • Multitasking Ability: Capability to handle diverse tasks simultaneously.
  • Friendly and Professional Attitude: Positive and cooperative demeanor.
  • Experience and Education: Experience in a related field and relevant degrees or certifications.
  • Language: Bilingual (Eng/Kor or Eng/Spanish)


  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication abilities.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software such as Google Suite, MS Office, photoshop
  • Attention to Detail: Thorough attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Hours

  • 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Monday – Friday
