Summary

  • Spigen’s Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and administering employee compensation programs. This position will also be responsible for maintaining and analyzing data to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.

Job Duties

  • Maintaining company insurances based on business goals and strategy
  • Designing consistent compensation guidelines that fit the company culture
  • Providing accurate information to employees about the company compensation package
  • Ensuring that compensation practices comply with current laws and regulations
  • Responsible for reviewing and verifying payroll data for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies that may arise
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of employees’ personnel records including payroll information
  • Providing HR generalist support
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of related experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • U.S. work authorization required

  • Bilingual in English/Korean required

Work Hours

  • 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Monday – Friday
